Peggy Sawicki has been in the Idaho real estate business since 1983 as a
salesperson and broker, creating a unique insight into what it takes to make
it in the real estate business. Past broker/owner of a brokerage in Coeur
d’Alene and most recently the managing broker for one of Idaho’s largest
brokerages in Boise with over 300 agents. Peggy has earned the GRI (Graduate
REALTORS Institute) and the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential
Specialist) designations. Peggy has administered and instructed learning
programs for brokerages, the Coeur d’Alene Association
of REALTORS and the Idaho Association of REALTORS. Currently active,
licensed Broker.
An avid believer in
giving back to your profession, Peggy served as the President of the Coeur
d’Alene Association of
REALTORS in 1995 and was President of the Idaho
Association of REALTORS in 2003. Peggy continues to stay active in many real estate
causes.
Peggy is an
entertaining instructor whose timely examples through her vast and current
broker experience make her one of
the most sought after real estate
educators in Idaho.
Peggy has been an Idaho resident since 1968 and is married to her spouse,
Mike, of
37 years. Mike provides administrative
support for the academy. They
have 3 children, 7 grandchildren and reside in Coeur d’Alene.
